    Personal Injury - Uninsured Motorist Claim - Settled a client's claim with his insurance compnay for the full $100,000 insurance policy

     

    Personal Injury - New Jersey Accident - Settled a case for $200,000 where the client was injured while being transported to a senior citizen recreation center and was able to set it up so that her settlement did not affect her SSD eligibility benefits
